Our Chef Patron Scott Philliskirk is passionate about food.
He takes great care when developing our menus and is constantly reviewing and evolving the contents of our dishes to ensure they meet his requirements.
We use fresh, local ingredients wherever possible and have even developed our own unique coffee blend with Sheffield coffee roasters Roastology.
