21st June & Onwards  (subject to government changes)

Life will begin to feel like it once was & normality will resume.  As it currently stands this dates sees most/all restrictions lifted.  We will continue to work in a safe & secure manner but here we will try to rebuild our business back to what it was in our first year of trading.

We were unfortunately closed as we were about to enter our 2nd year at the Cross Scythes - Progress may be slow but we will hopefully rebuild & get the site back on track!!

**All of the above is subject to change, depending on Government restrictions & business requirements.  We will try to adhere to the above plan so we can start to achieve some form of consistency but any unforeseen changes will be advised via our social media pages.  Updates will then be updated here once confirmed**

Reduced Volume:

To reduce the spread of aerosols we will be limiting the volume within the venue and kindly ask that you raise your hand to signal the servers, rather than shout across the venue.

Revised Job Roles:

To avoid any crossover of staff, we will have three designated roles for front of house.  All members of staff will be exercising vigilant hand cleaning.

Bartender:

One member of staff solely on the bar making all drinks to order. This staff member will not operate on the floor for any reason.

Waiting staff:

One or two members of staff solely on the floor, taking orders at the table and delivering them. These staff members will have a designated section of the restaurant and will not go behind the bar for any reason.

Manager on shift:

Will be on the floor, greeting and seating customers, pointing them towards the sanitising stations, enforcing social distancing rules, educating customers on what is expected of them and resolving any issues.

We would like to offer you our sincerest gratitude for your patronage during these times.

We thank you for acknowledging and adhering to our new policies and we look forward to the day normal service can resume.
