Temporary Opening Hours:
Monday & Tuesday: CLOSED
Wednesday & Thursday: 11:30am - 9pm
Friday & Saturday: 11:30am - 10pm
Sunday: 11:30am - 9pm
*OPENING HOURS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON BUSINESS NEEDS*
Tables have been removed and spaced out to ensure all customers are easily able to maintain a minimum of 1 metre distance from other guests at all times.
Rule of Six:
No groups larger than six people from the same household. One person MUST provide track and trace details. Failure to follow guidelines based on government instruction will result in admission refusal.
Two-hour Time Slots:
When at maxiumum capacity, we will be enforcing a maximum of two hour stays per table. Indefinite stays welcome, space permitting.
We will require the name and contact telephone number of one person from each party, which we will store for 21 days before destroying, as per government ruling.
Hand Sanitising Stations:
We have installed hand sanitising dispensers at all entry/exit points, at the entrances to the toilets and at various other points within the venue. We kindly ask that all patrons make use of them on entry and throughout their stay.
Will operate on a maximum of two people only, using an occupied sign on toilet exterior.
NOTE: make use of hand sanitiser before handling.
To reduce the spread of aerosols we will be limiting the volume within the venue and kindly ask that you raise your hand to signal the servers, rather than shout across the venue.
Revised Job Roles:
To avoid any crossover of staff, we will have three designated roles for front of house. All members of staff will be exercising vigilant hand cleaning.
One member of staff solely on the bar making all drinks to order. This staff member will not operate on the floor for any reason.
One or two members of staff solely on the floor, taking orders at the table and delivering them. These staff members will have a designated section of the restaurant and will not go behind the bar for any reason.
Manager on shift:
Will be on the floor, greeting and seating customers, pointing them towards the sanitising stations, enforcing social distancing rules, educating customers on what is expected of them and resolving any issues.
